REFUND POLICY

When you purchased your Monthly Contributor subscription, you acknowledged that you accepted and agreed to the Terms of Use, Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, which includes reference to this Refund Policy. If you need help with any of the tools on this website or with your subscription, please use this Contact support form to get in touch.

Refund Eligibility
Refund Amount: Subscribers are eligible to request a refund of no more than the most recent month’s contribution.
Request Window: A refund must be requested within 30 days of the purchase or renewal date. Requests made beyond this period are not eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund
Use this Contact support form and be sure to include your full name, the email address used for your subscription, and the reason for the refund request. We will review your request within 5-7 business days and send you an email.

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed back to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.


Non-Refundable Circumstances
Please be aware that certain circumstances do not qualify for a refund, including:

  • Requests for a refund of a payment made more than 30 days after the payment date
  • Requests for refunds for any use that, in our sole discretion, we believe does not adhere to our Terms of Use

Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Monthly Contributor subscription at any time from your My Account page. Cancellation will prevent future charges, but please note that prior contributions are not eligible for a refund, except as described in this Refund Policy.

Changes to Our Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services after such changes will constitute your agreement to the modified Refund Policy.
